Harini Nilakantan

Harini Nilakantan is a dancer, movement artist, and creative from Chennai, India, currently based in Chicago, IL. With over 20 years of dance experience in several styles, including Bharatanatyam, West African Dance Styles (Naija - Afro), waacking, and choreography for stage and screen, Harini wishes to introduce the vibrant and eclectic essence of the dances showcased in the Indian Film Industry (popularly known as Bollywood) in this fun, energetic class at Kalapriya! Harini currently dances with and choreographs for MOD - Movement Of Desis as their Co-Dance Captain for the Competitive Season and also functions as Co-Director for MOD Creative during the off-season.
