Kalapriya’s beautiful South Loop studio space is available for rent for rehearsals, classes, special events, meetings, and parties.

Weekday daytimes: starting at $50/hr. non-profits, $75/hr. for profits

Evenings and weekends: starting at $75/hr. non-profits, $100/hr for profits

STUDIO POLICIES

OVERTIME

Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your booking reservation. 

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. All items must be removed at the end of your rental session unless prior arrangements have been made with the studio. Please factor setup and cleanup time into your schedule.

MISCELLANEOUS

There is no smoking or use of smoke/haze machines in the space. No candles or open flames of any sort. No incense or other scented products. No glitter, confetti, or bubbles can be used. Nothing can be taped, tacked, or nailed into any surfaces. If tape is needed on the floor, it must be fully removed upon departure.
