She designs and oversees special events, creating immersive experiences in visual arts, dance, and storytelling. Sonal is deeply inspired by the power of the arts to build community, foster cultural appreciation, and create meaningful learning experiences for children and families. She is passionate about making South Asian traditions accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.Apart from her work in the arts, Sonal works as a Substitute Teacher at the University of Chicago Lab School. She thrives in dynamic classroom settings, seamlessly adapting to different teaching styles and student needs. With a strong focus on child development and inclusive education, she fosters a supportive and engaging learning environment.Sonal holds a Master’s in Human Resources and has over 8 years of experience in Talent Management and organizational culture.
