Pavitra Ramachandran

Bhavya is a dancer based in the Chicago area. She has been dancing for 18 years and is formally trained in Bharatanatyam, having finished her Arangetrum in 2022. During her time at the University of Michigan from 2020 to 2024, she choreographed and taught multiple performances for the Indian American Student Association and competed on Michigan Taal, the premier all girls’ Indian fusion dance team. She currently works full-time as a consultant in Chicago and dances professionally at Indian cultural events in the Greater Chicago Area. Her favorite dance styles are filmy Bollywood, semi-classical, and Kuthu.
